Replacement, Return & Refund
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are pleased to accept your return or refund request within fourteen (14) days of receipt of goods. Please read carefully on our policies below.
Shipping cost of Returning:
We will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning if return due to a defective item and/or item sent by mistake. However, the item must be returned in its original condition, in original packaging and purchased through our own Touch of Yoga’s online stores. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable replacement, refund or repair returns.
Return for Replacement:
- We will be happy to replace with a new item (the same style as your originally ordered) if return due to a defective item and/or item sent by mistake. However, the item must be returned in its original packaging and in unworn condition. We will be responsible for the shipping cost of return/resend the parcel unless the return is for reasons other than mentioned above.
Return for Refund:
- We will issue a refund if return due to a defective item and/or item sent by mistake. However, the item must be returned in its original packaging and in unworn condition. The refund will be issued in full within 15 days of receipt of the return using the same payment method you paid to us.
Return for Repair:
- We will be happy to repair your item free of charge if the item is considered to be defective product or production mistake by us. In case of signs of wear and tear or loss of findings and stone, we will acknowledge you the cost of repairing in prior acceptance of the return.
Please note All SALE, personalized orders, bespoke or custom pieces are considered FINAL SALE and are not returnable or exchangeable unless defective and/or item sent by mistake. However, we do offer a resize / alteration service at a fee.
Made to Order and Personalized Orders May Take 2-3 WEEKS TO SHIP. If you order other items in addition to a made to order or personalized item, they will all ship together.
How to return an item to Touch of Yoga?
Please always notify of your intention to return the goods prior sending out the package. And provide us the order number, buyer’s name and address, reasons for the return, and whether you require a refund, replacement, or repair on the parcels. Once the return is approved, we will notify a “return number” and our shipping address. Please also kindly mention it on the package Returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
Return shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer. The order number must be clearly written on the outside of the return package.
Any returns received without an order number of that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of Touch of Yoga.
